Shipping Swimwear


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Anadana. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 We offer free local delivery for orders above HK$900 and international delivery for orders above HK$2500.

LOCAL SHIPPING  (Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China)

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders, except pre-order items, are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. We use SF Express for local orders and customers usually receive their orders 2-4 days from the day of dispatch.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 

Shipping is available to Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore. We use SF Express for international orders and customers usually receive their orders 7-10 days from the day of dispatch.

Please be aware that import duties and taxes are due upon delivery and must be paid directly to the carrier. Anadana is not liable for any international duties and taxes. We cannot take responsibility for orders that are rejected due to unpaid duties and taxes. Note that international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable in the event of a return or exchange. For any inquiries regarding international shipping, please reach out to us at info@anadana.co.

When international orders arrive in the destination country or region, they may undergo customs clearance procedures, which can lead to delays beyond the original delivery estimates. If you refuse a shipment from Anadana, you will be responsible for the initial shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to Anadana.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us at anadana_official@gmail.com and we will resend the email.
